Hey Paul! Yes, the Norcold RV Mini Fridge w/ Built-In Freezer # NC37VR will meet your needs. This fridge is a great choice for off-grid camping. It has a latch to keep the door secure on that unlevel terrain, and will draw approximately 30-50Ah a day in moderate temps. The door can also be removed so you will be able to get it through your 20" doorway.
I don't know your exact battery bank size, or where you're located and what kind of sun you're getting, but those do play a factor. You also need to consider what else is pulling power. It may not be an issue with the generator and the duration you're camping. If you upgrade to lithium, and you want to run off-grid for longer periods, I would consider increasing the battery/battery bank size when you switch to lithium.
Where do you usually take your camper on the weekends?

I put this in an LQ horse trailer and have been very happy as we can keep things cold while in transit. I’ve also added a solar system for off grid use. We had a propane/electric unit and it was very difficult to get started.
