Hi Michael; the only way to know for sure is to identify the axle through the manufacturer with the axle tag. You can also pull off the hubs and check for part numbers/measure the inner diameter (ID) of the grease seal. Based on the GVWR you probably have 5,200 lb axles. There are two possible options in the 5,200 lb - 7,000 lb axle range. If you have a grease seal with a 2.125" ID you need # GS-2125DL and if the ID is 2.25" # 10-36.
Can you send me a picture of your axle tag? If attach it in an email I can reach out to the axle manufacturer and find out which seal you need for sure.
