Hey Lauren! For a replacement that closely matches those dimensions I recommend the GE Profile Propane RV Range # GE24VR. This has 3 burners with edge-to-edge cast iron grates and fits a cutout measuring 16-1/8" tall x 20-1/4" wide x 17-3/4" deep.
What kind of RV do you have?

I love my GE stove. We modified our motorhome 3 years ago to accommodate a range with an oven and it was great so when we upgraded our motorhome last fall to a newer model without an oven we did the same thing The modifications were easy I also got a stove top cover aftermarket from Amazon to increase usable space
