Will these work on my 2016 Ram 3500, Laramie Longhorn, 4D, 4x4, LB, SRW with size LT285/60R20?

We definitely have options for the LT285/60R20 tires on your 2016 Ram 3500 Laramie Longhorn, but the pewag # PWE2228SC chains will only fit up to an 18" wheel in the 285/60 tire size. That said, what you are looking for is the following part:
pewag Wide Base Tire Chains w Cams - Ladder Pattern - Grooved Square Link - Assisted Tension - 1 Set # PWE3231SC
These are confirmed to fit your tires, has the cams to help tighten them up, and are nickel-manganese alloy steel to help with corrosion resistance. I do still recommend grabbing the # TCMA3 adjusters to help keep the chains taught so they don't whip around when driving.
