2026 F350 cab and chassis. Is there a difference in Curt 56443 and C69CR? Also, do you have the 4 way flat blade adapter integrated in this harness vs adding it Curt C55384? Going to splice in my dump body lights and figured I could use the 4 blade pigtail. Thanks. -Raul

Hello Raul; the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # C69CR is identical to the 56443. We have are own part numbers, that is the only difference.
You could splice into 4-way the functions on the # C69CR but we don't have a version of this with a 4-way integrated running off of it. You could also just run a basic 4-way like # C58044 and use that to connect to your dump body lights.
