Im planning to install the Draw-Tite 76170 hitch on my 2022 Honda Odyssey Touring van. Id like to also use the etrailer anti-rattle device - part number e38FV. Would using the e38FV require more of the fascia to be removed/cut? Thanks!

No, it will not Keith. You can adjust how the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar item # e38FV sits on the Draw-Tite item # 76170. You'll be able to make it level with the lip of the hitch receiver so you don't add additional height. This will prevent you from having to make any additional modifications to the fascia on your 2022 Honda Odyssey Touring.
