I’m having issues with the audio. It says audio for channel 3 is active when in reverse, but we have no sound.

Hey, Danae.

Sorry to that's going on with the Buyers Products RV Backup Camera part # 3378883020. I know it may sound like a silly and basic question but have you checked the volume level yet? There's "+" and "-" on the monitor and the remote that should allow you to adjust the volume. I couldn't find any information on how to adjust the volume but you may have to have that camera activated to adjust the volume for that specific channel.

Yes, we did check the volume level and we also had it in reverse one channel 3 with is audio activated only in reverse.
