Can you replace the lipert 5 with the new 7 control panel?

You sure can Ron. The 7" Replacement Touch Panel Assembly for Lippert OneControl item # LC75UD can indeed be used to replace the 5" Touch Screen pn 406345. The inputs are the same with the exception of them being mounted on the rear of the screen on the 7" monitor instead of the bottom on the 5" monitor.
