Will this replace a 675806 5inch OneControl® Touch Panel. I cannot find a replacement or new screen.

Hey Robert, so we can help but the 5 inch screen you are looking for is no longer available. You'd need to go with the 7 inch version part # LC75UD which is interchangeable with what you have and would work great. Did yours stop working?

Mine is a solid blue screen and cannot get it to come back on even after unplugging it.
