Hey Steve! I have some questions to clarify. What year is your Ranger? Is it 2WD or 4WD? Also, How heavy is the load you're towing? Enhancing your suspension will reduce sag and make your ride more comfortable, but it will not increase your vehicle's towing capacity.

Do you have a weight distribution hitch system? Often times, that's all you need. They will help reduce sag and get you a more comfortable ride. Typically, they will be an easier install than air bags as well. Check out the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37060ET for an example of how the systems work.

Sorry, it's a 2021! 4WD i belive. Not towing a trailer so don't think I need a weight distribution system? Just usually hauling stuff like mulch and dirt in the bed which is when i see the sag. Thanks.
