Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this RV Designer polar white, basic flat-sided cable hatch. Now, this is a replacement shore power cable hatch for an RV that provides a clean, convenient way to route your power cord through the exterior wall of your camper. It's designed to accommodate shore power tables up to 30 amps, and this is going to be compatible with many common RV electrical hookups. One of the biggest advantages is that it is made to replace many factory installed flat-sided cable hatches.
It uses the same general footprint and mounting hole locations as the original equipment, which can make replacements straightforward without requiring major modifications to the exterior of your RV. The hatch features a snap-on lid that can be removed or opened quickly whenever you need to connect or store your power cable. When closed, the flat-sided design's gonna sit neatly against the RV siding, helping maintain a clean, finished appearance. So if your existing hatch is cracked, damaged, or missing its cover, this is going to be a pretty practical, straightforward replacement. The lid itself can also be replaced separately if needed, helping to restore that easy cable access without replacing the entire assembly.
Giving you some measurements here, looking at what I'm calling the width here, at the widest point, almost four inches, about 3 7/8 inches. And then the height, a little over four inches.
