I have a 2024 Chevrolet Colorado with the Blue Ox tow system. The is also a battery disconnect inline for when I youre. How would the Blue Ox braking system receive power of I have to place the disconnect system to disconnect when I youre my truck?

Hey David. To power the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Flat Tow Brake System item # BLU37TR, while you're flat towing your 2024 Chevrolet Colorado, you'll need the 12 Volt Outlet Kit, 20 amps item # RM-9332. This 12 volt outlet kit will attach directly to the battery and provide all the power you need to operate the braking system.
To keep your battery from dying on your trip, you'll also need to install the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles item # RM-156-25.
Are you using the Roadmaster Battery Disconnect for Towed Vehicle w/ Flat Tow Brake System item # RM-766?
