Hi Benjamin; the difference is in the custom wiring harness that comes with each. It looks like there are two possible factory connections on your 2022 GMC Yukon so it will be up to you to determine which one you need. If the factory connector looks like it matches the gray and red connector in the attached picture you need the # C36QV. If it matches the white connector you need # C88YV.
