I do have a solution for you, but unfortunately there isn’t a way to convert the Replacement Slider Base for B&W Companion Slider 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVB3405 over to your OEM Prep Package.
Since you already have the B&W Companion, the only way to use it with your Prep Package is to swap the base. The Replacement Slider Base for B&W OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Towing Prep Package 20K # BWRVB3370 would be the correct base, and it will let you keep using your existing head.
If you’re thinking about selling what you have now, it’s honestly easier, and usually gets you more money back, to buy a complete new hitch instead of just the base. The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package 20K # BWRVK3370 is the correct fit for your 2024 Ford F-250 with OEM Prep (standard 6 3/4' bed). Then you could sell your entire B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter Dual Jaw 20000 lbs # BWRVK3400 as a full unit, which tends to attract more buyers.
