Can An Innoflame RV Fireplace Be Repaired Or Will It Need To Be Completely Replaced

Question:

I have a model #RV48D80L-1 Infoflame fireplace in my 2022 Grand Design 380FL-R. My fire place has quit putting out heat. The white electrical wire attached to the heating element has burnt off . I have tried to replace it but it still burns off. How and what do I need to do to repair this problem including buying a new units or parts?? Thank you

Hi Hugh,

When it comes to RV fireplaces most manufacturers won't supply replacement parts so on our end it's always led to a complete replacement of the unit. You can try reaching out to Innoflame and seeing if they'll give you parts otherwise it's going to have to be fully replaced. The cutout dimensions I'm seeing for your RV48D80L-1 unit are 41.5” W x 6.2” D x 18.3” H so we don't currently have an replacement option available without making modifications to the cutout hole.
