Hi Doug!
From looking at all the manufacturers we carry, and a few that we don't, you will need different tire chains for each tire in this case. The extra sidewall in the 225/75R16 tires does make them not the same as the options for the 225/70R16 tires. I have what I think are the best and a more economical (but still good) option for both sizes listed below:
225/70R16:
Konig Easy Fit Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Self Tensioning - 1 Pair # th04115240
Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair # TC1555
225/75R16:
Konig Easy Fit Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Self Tensioning - 1 Pair # TH04115245
Titan Chain Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair # TC2519
With that being said, we do have one cable that will fit both sizes. That being the Glacier Cable Tire Chains - Ladder Pattern - Roller Links - Manual Tensioning - 1 Pair # PW1042. However, I will admit to not liking cables. They can work in the case of an emergency, but they are not durable and will likely only last for one or maybe two uses. They will get you out of a ticket though.
Oh and you will need something like the Titan Chain Multi-Arm Rubber Tire Chain Adjuster for Light Trucks - 1 Pair # TCMA2 to go with the cables as it will keep them from whipping around while driving.
What vehicle are you needing these for? And where are you headed?

Hey Doug, how did things go with the tire chains for your 225/75R16 tires? Did you end up going with the Konig or Titan chains, or did you try the Glacier cables instead? Your update could make it easier for others choosing between those options.
