Does the Lippert 3 step model come with the lift assist or is it sold separately?

Hey Martin. The Lippert SolidStep RV Steps for 29" to 36" Wide Doorways item # LC791573 is the light weight model so it does not have lift assist. These steps are made of aluminum so they're only 50 lbs.
Unfortunately, Lippert discontinued their SolidStep lift assists and we've run out of stock so you would have to source them elsewhere. Another option is to go with a different step manufacturer. How wide is your entry way and how far from the ground is the threshold of your door?
