Hey, Gary!
Great question. We don’t have any hoses that come with a 45-degree 3/8" female flare swivel fitting, but we do have an elbow fitting you can add to the end to create that angle. The elbow is part # 204163, and you can use it with either hose # MBS24FR or # MBS84FR.
