Question:
Hello, I’m useing a modine HDS 45000 btu heater, with 30 ft of gas line with a 10 ft rise. I was gona use 3/4 black pipe from the tank to the heater, I notice the regulators are 1/4” inlet 3/8” outlet. Am I over kill on my pipe size ? Thanks

Gas lines on RV's are typically 3/8" OD with a some being 1/2" OD so 3/4" pipe would likely be a bit overkill for your needs. The MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108220 you referenced does have a 1/4" Female NPT inlet and 3/8" Female NPT outlet so you'd have to check with your local hardware store for an adapter fitting/hose to go from these to 3/4" pipe.
