Front Hitch that Fits 2024 GMC Sierra 1500

Question:
I want to add a front hitch on my 2024 gmc sierra 1500 but am concerned with trimming or modifying the skid plates. Is the c22nr or Draw-Tite item DT44HR better cheaper or even possible for the make and model of my truck

Hey Mark, all front hitches that would fit your 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 like the Curt # C22NR would require trimming the lower fascia panel/skid plate as the hitch has to come through it to install. Overall I really like the Curt and it's only one that is currently available so it would be your best option. What are you planning on using the hitch for?

Hey Mark, how did things go with the Curt front hitch on your Sierra 1500? Did the trimming on the lower fascia turn out to be manageable? Your update could make it easier for the next person tackling the same setup.
