Hey John, so trailer tires are different from vehicle tires and they don't have pressure ranges. Instead you are supposed to inflate them to the max psi rating that's on the sidewall when they are cold and just run with that and you'll be good.
The part # TTWTRTM1758013C that you referenced has a max psi rating of 50 so that would be what you'd want to inflate them too and you'd ensure you get the full weight and speed rating.
