Hello Bob! Yes, the Curt Dual Ball Attachment # C69NR will indeed work with the Gen-Y Torsion Weight Distribution Shanks such as part # 325-GH-1102. The ball attachment is made for standard WD shanks, and the Gen-Y shank uses the same standard width and hole spacing.
