Im interested in the Watchdog 50 amp surge protector with the automatic shut off feature. What is the warranty on this unit?

Hey Dave. I checked with Hughes, the company that makes the Portable Power Watchdog Surge Protector with Bluetooth, WiFi, and Emergency Shut Down item # HU62VR. Their website states that it has a (LIMITED) Lifetime Warranty. Limited refers to the original purchaser of the product and that the warranties do not transfer from owner to new owner. The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Additionally, Hughes recommends taking a picture or a screenshot of your invoice or receipt so you can save it on their website when you register for the warranty.
