Will the Dexter wet bolt fit with the Lippert Road Amor equalizer?

It sure will Robert. The Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizers have 9/16" diameter openings. Dexter wet bolts are 9/16" in diameter in their kits like item # K71-358-00.
We don't currently have any Dexter wet bolt kits for tandem axle trailer's that do not come with an equalizer.
Instead, I recommend the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers item # MR46ZR is for 2-1/4" shackles or item # MR76ZR is for 3-1/8" shackles. These kits come with the bronze bushings, wet bolts and shackle straps.
