Hey Jack. To get all of the installation hardware for the Curt Front Hitch item # 31374, you were looking at, you will need the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches item # RHK.
The item # RHK kit will have all of the bolts, nuts, spacers, washers, and fish wire tool you need to install your Curt Front Hitch item # 31374. You will want to go to the item # RHK product page and on the right hand side where it says Hitch Item Number you'll want to insert 31374.
I have linked an installation video along with the instructions so you can see how to get the Curt Front Hitch item # 31374 installed on your 2016 Ram 1500.
