I have a 2020 Jayco Jay flight 34RSBS and my Furrion Model FF30SC15A-BL fireplace has quit working, it has no function, I took it out and plugged other things into the outlet and they work fine. I also tried it in a different outlet and it does not come on. do you offer any parts or a replacement unit?

Thanks for your question, Edward!
I did some digging on your current model you have, the Furrion FF30SC15A-BL, and It's a 30" wide fireplace. The downside is that model is no longer available and we don't have anything in that size right now. There is a Greystone 26" fireplace, part # 324-000068. I'll include the specs for in in case you want to check and see if you can make it work.
Overall dimensions: 28-3/8" wide x 21-3/8" tall x 5 1-2" deep
Screen: 26" wide x 15" tall
Wall cutout: 26-1/4" wide x 20-1/2" tall x 5-3/8" deep
Mounting holes: 27-3/4" across, 15-7/8" up and down
I wish we had something that was closer in size for you so it would be an easier swap out.

Hey Edward, did you get a chance to see if the Greystone 26 fireplace would work in place of your Furrion model? Knowing how the fit turned out could help others trying to replace a similar unit.
