Is my 2025 Forest River Wolf Pack 350 Pack 15 prepped for these jacks?

Hey Roman, congrats on the new 5th wheel trailer. I do not have anyway of knowing if your Forest River Wolf Pack is prepped for the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling Kit item # LC52ED. You would need to look under your trailer and see if you have mounting brackets attached to the frame.
The brackets will be located in front of and behind your axles like the picture below.
