Replacement for RVS-MV3-IR on Thor Gemini
Updated 11/13/2025 | Published 10/22/2025 >
Question:
I am replacing an RVS mv3 IR on my Thor Gemini. It has the small round 5 pin connector, but this one looks like it has a casing around that connector that mine doesn’t have. Is this the same camera and should it plug in to the existing small 5 pin plug?

Hi Lisa; the Rear View Safety Backup Camera # RVS-611-IR is the same as your RVS-MV3-IR. The RVS-MV3-IR replaced the RVS-611-IR and we retained that part number on our site. It still has a 5-pin connector, see the attached photo.

Hi Lisa, did the backup camera end up plugging into your existing 5‑pin connector on the Thor Gemini without any issues? Knowing how it matched up could help others replacing the same model.
