Will MXS77FR ST225/75R15 Radial Tire w/ Aluminum Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2 Fit Aluma Utility Trailer?
Published 10/14/2025 >
Question:
Will the MXS77FR work for my Aluma utility trailer that hauls ATVs? has 6 on 5-1/2 lug pattern. It has plenty of room by fenders and suspension for clearance.

Hey Mark, since you have the 6 on 5-1/2" lug pattern, this will work just fine. The 6-lug pattern wheel and 2,830-lb rated tire that come in the combo kit # MXS77FR fit right in with your setup. Radials like this Maxxis handle the highway better, especially on long trips. They will not be as rough, and they run cooler.
Do you typically run it long distances or just local weekend trips?
