Looking For Upgraded Black Wheels For 2022 Grand Design Transcend Xplor 240ML With 5,200lb axles

Question:
I’ve got a 2022 Grand Design Transcend Xplor 240ML. Would the #MXS77FR be a good match?

Expert Reply:
Yes, Cheryl, that’s a great pairing. Your Transcend uses 5,200-lb axles with 6-on-5-1/2 hubs, and the # MXS77FR fits that perfectly. Each tire is rated 2,830 lbs at 80 psi, giving you more than enough capacity for your trailer’s GVWR. The aluminum wheel with tire is bead-balanced for a smooth ride and won’t rust like steel, which is a big plus if you camp year-round.
Do you usually store your rig outside between trips? I might be able to find some tire covers to keep them wheels and tires looking nice over the years.
