Does the Hollywood Racks Crosstrack Bike Rack Include a Ramp?

I have a 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid and I purchased an INNO INH120inch bike rack from your company a few years back. But now that Im 70 years old, and Im strugggling lifting my bikes on to the rack, so Im thinking about selling it and purchasing a Hollywood Racks CrossTrack Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2inch Hitches - Wheel Mount HLY38RRinch because it will allow me to use a ramp to easily load my ebikes. So I have three questions? 1. Does the Hollywood Racks Crosstrack Bike Rack HLY38RRinch come with the ramp or do I have to order that separately? 2. How much does the Hollywood Racks Crosstrack Bike Rack HLY38RRinch rack weigh, because I currently hang my INNO INH120 Bike Rackinch on my garage wall, when its not on my vehicle, and Im just wondering how heavy this rack it? 3. I have an lectric XP 3.0inch ebike and an Aventon Pace 500.3inch ebike, so Im assuming that they both will fit on the Hollywood Racks Crosstrack Bike Rack HLY38RRinch rack? Thanks

Hey Ed, welcome back! The Hollywood Racks CrossTrack Bike Rack item # HLY38RR does not include the ramp. It has to be purchased separately with item # HLY39RR.
The CrossTrack item # HLY38RR weighs 60 lbs so it's about 12 lbs heavier than the Inno Tire Hold item # INH120 you previously purchased.
If you're successfully mounting your Lectric XP and your Aventon Pace e-bikes on the Inno item # INH120, then they will definitely work with the CrossTrack item # HLY38RR. If you just told me what bikes you had I wouldn't recommend this bike rack though due to the fenders and accessories I see as options.
I recommend looking at the Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack item # HLY66ZR. This bike rack includes a loading ramp at no additional cost. It weighs only 46 lbs and has a capacity of 70 lbs per bike. Like the Crosstrack item # HLY38RR, it also fits a 2" hitch. The main reason I recommend this one though is it's mounting style. Instead of securing the bike by the wheels, it uses padded rotating handles to grab the seat post, handle bar post, or frame. The frame's not going to be an option with your bikes but I think this rack is the overall better option if you're interested in upgrading.
