I have a 2021 4x4 f150 diesel 3.0 will the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit RM38VR fit

Great question, Bryan!

The Roadmaster baseplate kit, part # RM38VR, you're looking at will fit your 2021 Ford F-150 4x4. It will also work if your truck is a Hybrid model as well. If you are also in the market for a tow-bar, I would recommend the Roadmaster Nighthawk, part # RM-677.

Have you flat towed before or is this you first flat tow set up that you are doing?

Thanks for the info . Yes I have been flat towing a Bronco Just Sold It. I was looking into towing my F150. Also Im looking to buy a Ranger to tow instead, Can you recommend what parts I will need. Thanks Bryan

@BryanM Any reason why you decided to sell the Bronco and tow a truck instead? Only ask since the Bronco has become almost as popular to flat tow as a Jeep is. Back to what you need. I'll include all the parts needed to flat tow your F-150. There may be some parts you already have but I'll include everything that would be needed. Baseplate: # RM38VR Towbar: # RM-677 Light kit: # RO44FR (If you have LED lights) # RO94FR (if you have incandescent bulbs) Braking System: RVI44FR Battery Charge line kit: # RVI74FR (looks like your truck battery will run when in flat tow mode) RV Charge Line Kit: # RM-156-75 (just in case your RV doesn't have a power wire ran to the battery) 12V Power Outlet: # RM-9332 Stop Light Switch Kit: # RM-751000 Let me know what year(s) of the Ranger you're looking at and I can get a list for that truck as well.
