Question:
I have a twenty twenty jeep grand cherokee.Without the original tow package. I ordered this kit so that I could install it behind the taillights, and then just run the power wire. After installing it and with the vehicle off, I tested all functions. And it worked. But when I turned the car on and began to test those functions, it did not work.. what am I not seeing here?

Hey Anthony, how did you test the 4-way? Did you use a trailer or did you use a circuit tester? If a trailer I would check to see how the grounds are on the trailer as well as the pins of the 4-way as this could be a dirty pin that needs sandpaper to clean it.
