will this work with an e bike with fenders?

Hey Julie. The Hollywood Racks CrossTrack Bike Rack item # HLY98RR is not going to be a good option for a bike rack with fenders. The pivoting upright arms secure the bike by the wheels and if your fenders are in the way it's either not going to get a good grip or it's going to clamp down pretty hard on the fenders and damage them.

Instead, I recommend the Benton LittleShift Bike Rack for 1 Bike item # B54VR. This bike rack is great for e-bikes with fenders. The ratcheting hook on this bike rack can be used to secure your bike by the frame. This is also a 1-bike bike rack that fits a 2" hitch receiver. It has a 80 lbs capacity and fits tires up to 4" wide. This bike rack is significantly lighter weighing only 25 lbs.
