Have Replacement Step, Motor, and Control for Kwikee RV Electric Steps - Platinum Series Part Number: LC372558 that has been working fine, Last week, occassionally, the stair will not remain open when door is open and engine is running. Tried switching override switch on and off, still not staying out with door open. Please advise and what to do or look for

Hey Gerry, it sounds like an issue with the control module if you can't hear the steps trying to move which for that you'd want the part # LC379146. Can you hear it trying to open at all?
