What is the recommended torque for lug nuts on this wheel by Lionshead?

Hey Mark, welcome back! According to Lion's Head, the recommended torque if you use 1/2" lug nuts on their item # LH68VR wheel is 90-120 ft-lbs. If you're using 9/16" lug nuts it'll be 120-140 ft-lbs.
What size lug studs do you have?
