Hey Wayne. To replace the 4-way wiring harness on your 1999 Chevy 1500 you'll need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C55315. This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your Chevy's wiring harness, which is located behind the rear bumper, along the driver's-side frame rail.
