Hey Gary!
The B&B RV Multi-Purpose Hatch # BM92MR is available as part # BM73TR with what they call a "thumb lock". This isn't a push-button, but you're able to rotate the "lock" without a key. So it's basically just a way to keep the hatch from opening up.
I'm attached a photo of the black version, part # BM52MR, so you can see what the thumb lock looks like.

Thank you
