Evan, the # PH45NR does come with two 5/8 inch hitch pins and clips. If you’d like to upgrade to locks for both the shank and pintle, that’s a common add-on. You can use lock # C23519 and then if you want an anti-rattle clamp, go with # e38FV.
What type of trailer and vehicle will you be using this on? I can make sure it is the correct setup and you don't need anything else, like an adjustable ball mount instead as an example.
