Do the balls on this mount swap out individually, or are they fixed?

Kevin, the # PH94FR comes with a 3-ball platform that stays as a unit - you flip the shank to change between 1-7/8 inch, 2 inch, and 2-5/16 inch balls, but they don’t remove individually. Keeps it simple and strong. I've attached a demo video which shows this process.
Do you tow anything with a smaller coupler?
