Hey Jim, thanks for reaching out. I do see we sent you a flat tow setup for the 2024 Chevy Equinox RS AWD back around the beginning of August. I will copy that parts list for you below.
The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-523193-5 will fit your 2024 Chevy Equinox BUT the factory installed lower shutter would need to be permanently removed. There is no base plate that will allow you to retain the shutter.
That said, here is the full list of parts I recommend for flat towing your Equinox:
