Can Trailer Leaf Springs be Mounted on Trailer Without Using Spring Hangers?

Question:

I have a tandem axel boat trailer. 3,500lb axels. The brackets where the leaf springs attach to my trailer are nearly rusted away. Is there a product that I can use instead of having a repair shop weld a new bracket on?

Hey James!

The only way to avoid having a shop weld new hangers on, like the Kit # H248, is to completely change up your trailer suspension to something like the Timbren Kit # A35RS545E.

Are you not a fan of the traditional hanger system for leaf springs, or just wanting to avoid the cost of a shop having to cut and weld parts on your trailer?
