Does this kit include both rods, or is it just the handle?

Kevin, the Cam-Action Lockable Door Latch for enclosed trailers # M393FR is a full assembly - you’ll get the top and bottom rods, cam ends, keepers, and handle bracket. The only thing you add is hardware (carriage bolts, washers, nuts from local store) along with a padlock if you want it lockable, such as the # TMX64QR.
Are you just refreshing the latch, or did it break / get bent?
