Hey Greg, they're not going to work together. The clamps that attach the Air Lift Air Springs like item # AL88341 hang over your frame right where the brackets for the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch item # BWGNRK1020 sit.
You'll want to go with the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs item # F2709 for your 2021 GMC Sierra 2500. These install beneath the frame where your bump stop mounts sit so there's no compatibility issues. They're slightly more expensive but you're getting a higher capacity system with better air bags.
I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command Heavy Duty Air Compressor item # F66VV to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
