B and. W hitch part number bwrvk3200, will this work on my b and w ball in my truck without using bed rails. Thanks

Hey Jasper, we do have what you are looking for but the B and W Patriot hitch part # BWRVK3200 that you referenced is not designed to fit the B and W gooseneck hitches as what you are looking for is the Companion hitch part # BWRVK3500 instead.
The Patriot is designed to fit above bed style rails and can not be adapted to fit gooseneck hitches.
