We’re traveling cross-country. Is this rack solid enough for highway speeds and long trips? needing 2 bike rack that doesn't need tools while on the road with our outback

The Crosstrack line of 2 bike racks # HLY38RR for 2" hitches or # HLY48RR for 1-1/4" & 2" hitches is built for real travel - no-sway, strong steel frame, and tilt features all help it stay secure over long distances with nice ease of use. Just check your hitch rating and your bike’s weight, and you’re good to roll coast to coast. You won't need any tools aside from the few that are included for initial installation. Other than that, it's a twist of a knob to install or remove after that!
This has a weight limit of 66lbs, which should be enough for most ebikes and heavy bikes. It also has a max tire width of 4".
