Is there a ramp available for this rack? I’m lifting a 63-lb e-bike and it’s not easy solo. going on a lifted 4runner. thanks

You’re not alone, Diane. There’s a ramp # HLY39RR you can add to the Hollywood Racks Crosstrack bike racks to make it easier to load your ebike in the lifted 4Runner (sweet vehicle by the way).
I assume you have a 2" hitch on there so you'd want Hollywood Racks Crosstrack Bike Rack for 1 Bike # HLY98RR or Hollywood Racks Crosstrack Bike Rack # HLY38RR if you have 2 bikes.
Or if you happen to have a vehicle that has a 1-1/4" hitch, you may be better off with the universal options that are compatible with both hitch sizes: 1 bike # HLY68RR or 2 bike # HLY48RR.
