Hi Hank; all of our hubs are sold individually so you will have to order two for an axle. A hub like the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-2-G-EZ-2K you looked at will work as a replacement if you have a 2k axle with # L44649 inner and outer bearings. If you have # L44643 inner and outer bearings the # AKIHUB-545-2-G-EZ-1K would be the right replacement. If you have something else let me know in the comments below and I'll see what is available.
