Hello Keith, thanks for reaching out. We can offer a replacement for your Duo-Therm AC unit, but it will not be a direct replacement, so it will involve replacing your rooftop unit, controller, distribution box and thermostat.
The reason for this is RV AC units changed over to a new R32 refrigerant. The new R32 units are not backwards compatible with old AC systems. You can run into communication issues, and in some cases it can even be a fire hazard. So a complete replacement is the best option. For that I recommend the following:
- Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone - 15,000 Btu - White - R32 # ADV92SR
This comes with everything you need to fully replace/upgrade your AC system. You get the rooftop unit, distribution box, controller and start capacitor.
