Hello, I have an Axis 3500 LBS trailer axel that I am needing new hubs. The serial number is 69041A 021- 08/03. Id like to confirm your Part Number: AKIHUB-5475-35-EZ-K will work? Thank you for your time.

Hey Russell, since your Axis 3,500 lb axle was made in 2003 based on what you mentioned yes the replacement hub/drum part # AKIHUB-5475-35-EZ-K that you referenced will fit. This does use the bolt pattern of 5 on 4-3/4 inch which is not quite as common as 5 on 4-1/2 inch so I would recommend you verify your wheel bolt pattern if you can.
I attached a help article on wheel bolt patterns for you to check out as well.
